Abstract

Urban Service Technologies (UST) are technologically generated goods and offerings that influence the creation and maintenance of cities, with the goal of improving urban living through innovation. This study investigates the relationship between perceived security and the intention to use UST in Pandan Jaya. Distrust regarding technology adoption arises from factors such as a lack of exposure and concerns about reliance during interruptions. This study used a quantitative approach with a structured survey to obtain data from respondents living in communities defined by the Programme Rewang Komuniti Strata Negeri Selangor. The study located at Pandan Jaya in Ampang serves as the primary focus for this study. The survey analysis perceived security towards the behavioural intention to use urban services technology (UST) results show an excellent result, as demonstrated by the computed Cronbach's alpha value. My contribution to this study included developing the research framework, designing the survey, collecting the data, conducting statistical analysis, and interpreting the results. Also, participated in programs intended to gather more data and information from the community.
