Klang Valley offers a gastronomic experience like no other. Within this vibrant food scene, there are unique challenges faced by independent cafés in the area. Two specific examples of entrepreneurs in the Klang Valley that face challenges are Pancake Jalanan and Soorga Dessert. Both Pancake Jalanan and Soorga Dessert have established themselves as popular destinations for food enthusiasts in the Klang Valley. However, despite their popularity, these independent cafés face various challenges in order to thrive and succeed in the competitive food industry.
