Abstract

According to studies, a variety of factors, particularly those connected to innovative city services, may help to create negative perceptions of the intention to use urban service technology. The purpose of this study was to examine data demonstrating how the quality of those services influences citizens' perceptions of using urban service technologies. Attitudes on the use of technology for health objectives in rural communities have been investigated. While many participants find technology to be convenient and available at any time and place, there are barriers, including intermittent power outages, sluggish internet, and poor cell phone service, that limit access. Because they worry about becoming reliant on technology during outages, some people are afraid to rely on it. In addition, a lack of knowledge of technical systems exists. This study was a quantitative investigation that employed a questionnaire survey. Questionnaires were distributed to describe and categorise a respondent based on the set of variables which are communities' perception of service quality toward using urban service technologies in Pandan Jaya, Selangor. This article evaluates the level of instrument dependability using Cronbach’s Alpha values on manufactured instruments. Each construct in this study had Cronbach's Alpha values that were significantly higher than 0.90, which is regarded as excellent. Also, a value that falls in this study between 0.70 and 0.80 is good. Just before the events (Program Rewang Komuniti Strata Pandan Jaya, Negeri Selangor), the authors made a Google Form ready. To ensure the success of this research, collect data from the community on the event and participate in related activities, such as Zumba sessions. This is due to the need to enable communication with the community to get information about their perceptions of and satisfaction with the service quality provided by urban services technologies in the Pandan Jaya area.
