Explore the facilities among local authorities in Seremban about enabling smart cities

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the facilities offered by Seremban's local government in order to enhance the amenities in the smart city. Understanding the how, what, and why components of local government involvement in the development of smart cities is one of the primary issue statements in this regard. The second is removing the barriers local authority organizations must overcome in order to help communities create smart cities. Obtaining knowledge on potential future proposals to improve the community's success with smart cities is the third problem statement. In this research, I then concentrate on theme parks in the Seremban area. The Seremban community already has access to resources from the local government to build a smart city. Additionally, I employ the Process of Thematic Analysis in this study along with a focus group approach in which we interview Seremban city council members to gather information on the smart city there. The results of this study indicate that the community in Seremban is not making proper use of the services given by the local government. Our only possible contribution is to research the issues surrounding smart city issues in Seremban and the services offered by the local government to help the citizens with their everyday lives.
