Abstract

The difficulties that street food vendors have are examined in this study, including those related to food preparation, customer service, marketing, financial management, and regulatory compliance. It seeks to pinpoint sustainable tactics, including legal actions, advertising approaches, a range of services, involvement in the community, joint ventures, and internet platforms. The researcher is focused on the acquirement among entrepreneurs in the area of street coffee. The goal of qualitative research methodologies is to improve our understanding of street food entrepreneurship through the use of focus groups, interviews, and literature studies. This research dives into the successes and failures of regional coffee-industry players, identifying the elements that contribute to prosperity and providing useful suggestions concerning durability, excellence, and productivity.
